If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courier first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at info@bonvieshop.com and we will assist you.

BonvieShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bonvieshop.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
