Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@bonvieshop.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom or personalized products; personal care or beauty products; hazardous materials; flammable liquids or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before submitting a request.
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
